There’s lots of ways you can measure the success of an organisation: turnover, profit, dividends, staff numbers, client-base… We keep an eye on all of that, but for us, there’s a metric that’s incredibly important, the number of people our work helps.
We aim to do well financially but critically we also want to do good. So we started tracking the impact which the things we design and build have had. It's this number that gets us out of bed in the morning.
